Quarterly Park Cleanups:Honouring our Gods through work in this realm
Currently, the Grove is cleaning up the Lower Scioto Multi-Use Trail, part of the Columbus Recreation department. The trail runs from Confluence Park down the Scioto River to Rt. 104, approximately 5 miles. This trail covers some of the most important and visible waterfront areas in Columbus, and is a good mixture of urban and natural settings. On the map at right, the trail we have adopted is marked in green. We schedule our cleanups in advance, and you can find the dates on our calendar. If you would like to help, please contact the Grove either through email, or through phone. [(614) 263-7838]. Previous Park Cleanup LocationsFrom 2003 until 2005, Three Cranes Grove, ADF, adopted Clinton-Como Park in Clintonville (a township in northern Columbus, OH). At least once per quarter, we went to the park to do trash pickup in an effort to give back to the community, and to protect the Mother. Below, you can find a map of Clinton-Como park, including the nearest exit from Rt. 315. We met at the red star.
