Imbolc 2004 -

This was an exceptionally cold rite. There were nine people in attendance, and we huddled together for warmth. It was held at Highbanks Metropark.

We asked our three questions: 

Have our offerings been accepted?
Ansuz
Outflowing, as from a river, or a mouth, or the clouds.

What do the Gods offer us in return?
Mannaz
Men, the self.

What further needs do the Gods have of us?
Wunjo
Joy!

Summary:
My exact phrase when reading this was: "It's raining men and we are to enjoy them." I have yet to live this particular omen down, as most of the Grove was disappointed when they hadn't received any men from the sky before the next rite. That's what I get for listening to too much disco.
